Pxq?

Honestly, can someone explain how PXQ or whatever it’s called helps people with commission? It seems like doesn’t really give those in sales any more money. Is this supposed to be their way of paying us less for our hard work?

PXQ is the comp plan and not the same as “paid on install”. They have essentially done away with the previous steps of progression. Level 2 sellers were always 15% total compensation above a Level 1. Now the difference is much smaller. It’s about 4% on a 100M dedicated circuit. So a level 2 or level 2b now gets a goal 40% higher yet only makes about 3-4% more on average. I believe it’s a way to force out the higher paid level 2 sellers because it takes 3-4 year’s minimum to get to L2 once your in a sales role as a mobility or fiber seller

Its a way for all the scammers to finally stop scamming. Funny when you look in WMT and you see constant orders of customers did not order service and yet those reps are still here year after year go figure. Amazes me how they waste money on truck roles and they all have jobs.

Only people concerned about pxq are those that were putting in fake orders.

Having to promote and sell things for this company would have to be a miserable existence.

It’s not rewarding sellers. It is a way to cut employees pay though since dedicated circuits which pay the most can take 3-6 months to get installed.

Its the units sold times payout. How would that be a problem?

Its better than having goals set just put of reach and not getting paid at all.
