Inconsistently meets

During my review, I was told I am meets. When I log in to sign off on the review, I see inconsistently meets. What do I do? This is messed up.

Maybe start a case with HR AFTER you leave the Bank? That way your manager gets dinged & no consequence to you.

This is a common trick used against weak employees. If you're identified as a pu--y, they may try this.

@adj There’s a difference between sticking up for yourself and wasting your time saying something to the very person that did this BS to you in the first place. There’s a reason they say perception is reality. You think it’s going to do any good by saying you don’t agree with their feedback? I can tell you right now any attempt at defending yourself will come off as excuses for most people unless you’re tactful enough. Let’s face it. Some managers here aren’t great and with forced rankings, they’re worse. Shame on you for leading anyone to believe they can talk their way out of this position they’re in, without strategically showing the manager their feedback was BS. I don’t know where you work, but it isn’t the same WF I work at.

There are many cowards in Wells. No surprise. That’s why corruption continues on. I am in a control fiction and every time I identify a gap, my manager figures out a way to retaliate against me. He is more concerned about making sure he networks with business heads and sweeps the dirt under the run so he can land his next potential gig.

First step in being a successful adult, stop being a pu--y and talk to your manager. Why would you even come here first?

@dls+1nSHzZUr, great advice by a good little sheep. Give me a break. Telling people to eat it and not stick up for themselves.

What happened to that 360-degree feedback review? I know that it is in Workday Performance Management, which is a suite of tools that help organizations manage employee performance.

My mgr did the same thing. Great verbal, then ding on actual written one in the system. Ridiculous.

Trying to decide if I bring it up or let it go. I don't have the energy for this petty BS anymore.

Also, any negatives on reviews that hadn't been shared with you AT ALL is also BS. There should be no surprises on your review. Mgr s/b letting you know at the time of any issue (iassuming it's real) so you can work on it -- not wait SIX MONTHS to include it in review and be too spineless to even address it w/you verbally during review.

The overall rating is what matters. You can have inconsistently meets on one or two categories but overall, be a meets. There’s nothing you can do. We used to be able to comment on our evaluation but they’ve shut that down, so you can longer rebuttal. The best option if you’re staying here, is take note of the feedback and crush it between now and the end of the year in those areas while continuing to do what you do well.

P.S., your manager is a wu-sy baby that didn’t have the 🏀⚽️s, to tell you where you have opportunities to do better. Let it go, don’t confront them and write your self evaluation in a respectful way explaining how you did better, come December. Good luck!

I would go to your manager first to clarify. Could just be a mistake (a pretty bad one if it is). If not I would ask why the change from the discussion. Start there and don’t get hr involved unless you have too.
