I'm hearing some rumors from sources that I trust that there will be something coming down today. Not sure how big or small yet, but just curious if anyone else is hearing it. I've heard widespread across the company.

L&D teams had restructuring meetings today. A bunch of facilitators and managers are being displaced on 8/8, with plenty more to come through the end of 2024. Teams that are losing their managers got shuffled around to managers that are in HUB cities and not facing displacement. My former team is now spread across 8 new managers, none of us are in HUB cities, so we know it really doesn't matter who we end up with, we will only be reporting to them until it's time to collect our severance just like our current manager.

The tech email from tali basically said they have to start assigning people specific days due to office space. Highly unlikely they will bring people in more if they have to assign days already to ensure there is enough space.

And I can see 5 days a week coming since so many are fighting the 3 days and spending less than 10 minutes in the office.

The big news is today is Skypes last day! Another good product ruined by Microsoft.
All managers will have to hire DEI people for their teams.
