Earlier this year, JB expanded her footprint as control exec for Tech to include SDI. Now TK is talking about how Tech-SDI are partnering more and more.
I wonder if there is some some sort of merge happening at some point.

The promise I heard before I was laid off is that India/Philippine workers would be no more than 40% and that the command and control and design decisions would be made in the states.
Are they going back on this? Appears so.

Yep. Every single leader who goes to India comes back and is in awe of the Indian people and immediately starts planning how to increase their usage of India FTE and lower US FTE. Every single one falls for the ar-e kissing, wine and dine dates and midnight promises of better quality, analytics or faster production than the US.

On top of stabbing people in the back, she's mission in life is to move everything to "Street Sh-t*erville", her and her su-kup Brendan M (EBCE) just got back from India and have been bragging about how cr-ppy American workers are, how we're broken and lazy and BM specifically has been holding meetings saying how great people are in India..... that's great Bowel Movement, the problems is their work isn't.
Same happened in Audit - SDI is now covered by the tech audit team, along with DTI (Digital Tech and Innovations). SDI and DTI are very much linked, but I don’t think they’ll merge.

Wells Fargo getting into German engines would be another way to ship jobs overseas, so that might be something CS is interested in.
