8psr+1nPR8OF7. Interesting article. As of today H1b holders understand and agreed to the current laws as part of their H1b status. It's not cruel to abide by the law and require H1b holder's to leave if they cannot find another job within the time limits. We are all victims of these corporations. This country needs to make imagration easier to attract and retain talent from abroad. If we do not change our policies we will not remain a leader.

Just spoke with a Mgr of CS and this Mgr was just notified of being RIF’d as of 8/25
I heard about a few Sales Directors being let go immediately yesterday…last Thursday of a pay cycle. Having them leave immediately is a new one for me.
