All it means is they’re going to hire some DEI advocate that’s even more hardcore.

Honestly, it's shocking more from the top haven't resigned this year. I'd love to see how much this place is spending on attrition bonuses from AVP up.

Yet another unqualified diversity hire leaves after forking things up. All AT&T wants to talk about lately is diversity and inclusion. Which means a death sentence for the careers all white men, except for John Stankey of course.

"She made the decision to leave."

Like Anne Chow?

She left before she could be implicated in all of the age discrimination lawsuits that are being prepared across the country.

After Stinky, she's the next most vile person at AT&T. I'm happy to see her leave for whatever reason. I hate to think of how many people's lives were changed for the worse because of her decisions.

Can’t say I admired her work but there’s more to it than we are being told. People at that level don’t leave a career making the money she does without being fired or something drastic opened her eyes and she couldn’t handle staying on for the ride.

She made the decision to leave.

Notice the announcement says “Lori Lee” will handle HR in the interim.

This was not part of the plan. Hard to keep you HR officer in place when the CEO just clearly made a comment that is not only against HR policy but is also illegal.

They'll probably offshore the job because that's where they want to hire the new young employees.

She gets to put “fired older workers” on her linkedin acct and resume.

That doesn’t mean we want Jamie Barton in their either. She can leave with Angela.

She's only going to Blackrock if they want to get rid of people and benefits.

Does this mean she’s going to Gigapowe/Blackrock like the rest of them?

Now fire the rest of HR. They are all worthless.

She was brought in to reduce benefits, increase DEI, and implement any costs savings that JS told her to do during the transformation. Basically - get rid of people (I mean, “human capital” according to The JS).

Layering in COVID and the exponential issues of Randy and JS’ bad decisions, and she was doomed from the start. I’m surprised she made it this long.

An entire division that will be largely bots and AI didn’t need a leader.

Same decision that Huntley made.

Doubt she was fired, many in HR are disgusted by the way employees are being treated right now. She was probably pushed out or quit in disgust. To be honest, this is quite telling as who would leave such a well-paid and easy executive role at a Fortune 10? only someone incredibly miserable....

You don't need a head of HR when you are getting rid of all humans and want to run the company on bots.

just saw the email. didn't care for her. seemed like a puppet anyway but she's prob. leaving because she KNOWS there's going to be serious trouble based on what JS said and doesn't want to stick around for it. He-l i dont want to stick around for it. I'm surprised she's giving two more months to the company.

She's obviously not taking a severance.

She started looking for a new job as soon as she was told “3-5 days in office “.

I mean given that she has been the literal face of all that is horrible and the Chairman of the Dept of Bad News for what seems like decades (she's only been here 4 years??), I mean...

Buh Bye.

One can only hope she was canned but guessing she probably left on her own.

Santone liked anything that took away benefits. That acknowledgement email about her fostering engagement and meeting the needs of employees was pretty revolting.

I bet she resigned. Probably decided this drama wasn’t what she signed up for. Only lasted 4yrs from Turner.

She’s pretty young to be in the roles she’s been in at Turner and at ATT. Just an example of another person that jumps in at the top of the heap and then tells others to work hard and they will get to their level. Total bs. That’s all connections and privilege. Truth is you’ve got a better shot at being a rockstar or famous actor as you do to climbing to the top of the corporate ladder.

Oh and bye Felicia.

I think the final straw was Stankey saying "WE DON'T NEED NO OLD FOLK WORKING HERE, WE NEED TIK TOK AGERS HERE", and that was the straw that broke the camels back

I do not think she got fired, most probably she did not like John”s RTO/Hub strategy so leaving her own..

Stinky will blame her for all the cuts of benefits to older workers to take the focus off him.
