Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Corporate Greed at its finest..

“Today, Honeywell announced second quarter results that met or exceeded our targets and raised our full-year guidance."

Furloughs either the 7th or 21st of August.

No wonder there is not loyalty.

And people in leadership positions (notice I am not calling them leaders) expect employees to respect them or the decisions the company makes. This is so typical of HW to talk out both sides of their mouths. Execs are milking everyone below them.

Fantastic earnings, raised guidance, growing backlogs…everything great. Yet plebs we’re told to take a week without pay because of difficult business environment.
This leadership has no logic and is utterly shameless.
Respond accordingly.

You can fool some people with statistical and financial gymnastics but the real analysts know exactly what is going on. So do we.

If you view the company’s actions through the lense of toxicity then all actions make sense. This company treats us like dirt.

Expectations is a broad word.
I expect to whipped, shamed, and fired every time I pull into the parking lot.
Yep.. expectations met.
