from retired: our pensions were sold. The new company can declare bankruptcy and as an insurance annuity; no PBWG federal guarantee. The pension was about 88% funded and T was paid $350 million by new company for the gift. No makeup for under funded on reduction for the purchase. Our retirement and loss of benefits are at risk. This is a warning to those still counting on T.
