Everything is going downhill. Total apathy is accelerating at a faster and faster pace. Leadership remains mum.

I like meaningless calls, mandated cross country attendance, and low morale. I thrive on such. Keep it up (or down, as the case may be). Signed, lu----r.
I hate to agree, but this is the truth. Ever since leadership has made mistake after mistake, and pushed the employees to work harder due to surplus, it has come to a boiling point. Employees are disgruntled, lower level leadership is in the dark, or told to 'agree with what leadership is pushing'. It's complete BS, and I'm glad people are finally taking notice. We are a sinking ship, no growth, no innovation, billions in debt, falsified financials, the list goes on. Stankey really tried to blame the 'lead lawsuits' for the decline in stock price....laughable. ...it has been on the decline ever since RS and JS took over I'm just riding it out and I feel sorry for all of you that have been surplussed or forced to leave. I can count with both hands and some toes on how many fellow employees were surplussed, and I can't count how many times I've been on those dahm calls.......Sc--w you ATA&T, I'm milking it for as long as I can, ans I think many are doing the same. You could have innovated, created growth, instead........ummm, you know. It's shameful really.....
And will only get worse.
It’s been bad for a long time.
