Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

True or False

JVB came in and rearranged Mid Markets promising better structure only for it not to work. So, 2023 we are given unattainable quotas and now (rumors) if you are 80% or less YTD you are getting let go. Maybe Chris Donan really did know this was coming.

The new struck JVB put in place is FANTASTIC. At least for mobility.

Order of the structure: BAT, Customer Success, Platinum. (For mobility)

It's simple and it's easy. BAT(Business Aquisitions) only hunts white space. (Non-ATT Customers). Those customer BAT acquires are then rolled up into Customer Success which only hunts/builds green space. Once Customer Success grows the customers account to a specific size, it's then rolled up into Platimum. Platinum (green space) becomes the dedicated rep for specific accounts.

Not only does this make it easier for our customers, but its ACTUALLY forces BAT to do what they were originally designed for. Taking customers from the competition.

God bless JVB for cleaning up the mess of AT&T Business

I dont put this past them. Laying off the 80 percent or less is a huge savings for them. They have no respect for the front line and dont value knowledge or insight, only slave labor to id--tically uninsightful plans.

Donan was very good, he saw the writing on the wall and is now running RingCentral.
