Had a talk with manager and told that there's no opportunity for advancement. I also got a lower rating than I normally would. I'm working 50+ hour weeks and have been here for 10+ years, but that doesn't matter since I'm remote.
It's insulting and degrading to have a lower rating and be working nonstop and also training junior employees. It's not officially in the system, but based on the mid-review, I'd be a low meets at final year review.
This seems out of character, so I was wondering if they're trying to get remote workers to leave/suppress careers until the only focus is San Antonio.
