If your told that your job has moved to ATL or DAL you will have to re apply for the job within those locations. This how its going to force people to leave. Apply for the job you have been doing in a new city or leave. That's the new way to push you out.

This is actually a good move on T’s part. A large majority of longterm employees employed at T for over a decade are bad about Just phoning it in. Replacements would bring new energy, perspective and motivation to the job. If honest, the acceptance rate of those reapplying for their jobs would be less than 50%.

Not every group is doing that. Mainly mid markets. Other groups have to accept or decline via email
