When one on one or "reviews" on Thursdays are safe? When HR is not invited.

my 1-1 have always been on Thursday afternoons every other week.
as others have replied....the displacement call happens early in the day since they cut your access off by 11am .....
HR is not usually included on the 1-1 layoff meetings. What's would be worrisome would be last minute urgent 1-1 out of the blue
From what I’ve heard, displacement meetings are stated as Confidential and usually occur on Tuesday’s of a pay week. They are not scheduled days in advance.
Of course that’s just what I’ve heard from colleagues who experienced it first hand. Also, WF can certainly change things up if they’re feeling ambitious.
