Why Emomiyees are Glad This Company is Failing—And What Their Failure Can Teach Us

About Toxic culture

Backstabbing. Scapegoating defines AT&T, A lack of accountability fñstarting at the top. Low morale. Negative cliques. Playing favorites. Persistently poor communication. These are a few telltale signs of this toxic work culture.

We observed many of these traits during our interactions here in Atlanta with so called leaders.

As we are Impacted by RTO, few were initially excited to work, unfortunatelly most remained unproductive, opening an opportunity for the company to get rid of us.

My guess ...that's the plan.

T is in a death spiral. The people that got us in this mess are the ones still largely in charge. They are trying to cost cut their way to success while never addressing the real issues as stated above. We will either get a transformational leader soon or die. The latter is more likely.
