Guess who is buying most new single home developments in USA?

Corporations.
like AT&T, Google, Microsoft, Tesla.

probably increasing prices on purpose and then selling the house as part of a perk for the any so called talent they bring from overseas.

Texas doesn't have income tax so no Texas isn't happy about that.

It is jumping up property taxes though but the state just lowered that.

Abbot has made some really d-mb decisions but most of the blame is local politicians.

“It doesn’t matter who the Californians voted for, nobody wants those effers in TX”

Literally LOLing, who is “nobody” ?! I’m sure the state government loves their income tax payment.

Also WTF is wrong with you? Hate against Californians just because of the state they were born, how weak. Did your significant other leave your BBQ as$ for a surfer?

Not just corporations. The Chinese are buying Avery high percentage of real estate every year. This started after the 2007 collapse.
But as Americans do, we continue to be clueless and live our little life until one day it all crashes down.

Yep! Texas su-ks because of the ignorant rubes that live there and elect sc-mbag politicians like thay disgraceful piece of human trash, the wheelchair a$$hole known as Abbott. You'd think someone that is disabled would be a bit more compassionate for other human beings.

Riiiight, the “effing Californians” who moved to Texas and elected a fully Republican state legislature?

Quick Google search says the population of TX is 30 million and CA is 40 million. Seeing another article about a big jump in 100k CA movers to TX in 2021. Let’s play your game and assume that trend has been the same for the past 10 years and there’s now 1 million CA transplants in TX. Even if that exaggerated math were true, you’re blaming 100% of TX problems on 3% of the population.

Texas su-ks because of the people who are there and in charge, not transplants

Welcome to 1890, where people live in company towns, get paid in company scrip, and end up as indentured servants.

Yay.

Google, Tesl and Microsoft maybe, T is broke as a joke. The RTO policy is in place to grease the pockets of Blackrock who already owns real estate in the Hub cities. They will drive home sales up by a minimum of 25% in each city.
