Even through layoffs, and despite the head-cutting, corporations are always looking for new talent.
Will they be making exceptions for Gen Z, or for talent they would like to pull from other companies?

Ask yourself… would you recommend T as a place to work?
Many people reach out to current employees through family and acquaintances during job searches. The best jobs, filled by the best candidates often come be recommendations in either direction.
We all know Glassdoor is manipulated, so we can ignore it.
T’s looming bankruptcy will be the larger factor keeping prospective candidates away.
They may initially hire under the guise of a flexible policy, but eventually they'll try to muscle everyone back in the office full time. You have to keep the morale low.
