Outsourced to an outside vendor to remove copper lines from the network and make a quick buck on harvesting the copper. Karma is always best viewed in the rear view mirror. You know these sort of details get lost in the "suplemental" info that is ordered to be moved to the back of the slide deck. Everyone wants to hear about the money saved, but without the caveats. No one wants to grow organically anymore its about the quick buck. Had this stayed with AT&T to harvest, maybe even using AT&T's own resurces , imagine that, the outcome would have been different. Wither the vine.
lol the karma
What ever is the outcome, is going to cost lots of money this company dont have.. T runs on fraud keep on coocking the books.
