This one pretty much nailed what has happened over the last three years.

Posted September 2020

My predictions:

You will see more of a slow decent into the Abyss. Look at GE.
The beatings will continue until moral improves, or there are only a few US employees left.
The stock price will continue to descend* slowly, like what happened to GE - from $60/share to $6/share.
The dividend will not be cut until Ratty leaves. No way he is going to cut his $1M quarterly check!
The dividend will not be cut until T cannot borrow any more $ to pay the dividend.
You will see churn in the upper echelons, as they pull their golden parachutes.
You will see spin offs. But the only spinoffs that will succeed are for businesses that actually have value.
Loss of the revenue from spun off business will accelerate the stock decline.

What dividends you talk about? 7% a year? The stock is dropping more than that a day

If FCF on this coming earnings doesn’t cover the dividend then it’s over. So totally expect accounting shenanigans. Stock in death spiral. Lenders call in loans and collateral when price falls to (unknown) price.
