AT&T Cybersecurity laid off 25% of it's billable consultants. Management layer and contractors not impacted.

Old news. Not sold yet. Reuters a few months ago said att may dump it. Nothing announced since then. Any proceeds will be total chump change compared to att debt. It's making money, so of course stinky wants it sold. That's how he rolls. Buy high, sell low. A fool and (not) his money.

@rba+1nE3jhXI acquisitions don't mean immediate changes just look how long DTV integration took with T. It still wasn't done by the time it was spun off.
