Agree with the OP! Charlie is pompous enough to think he can treat employees like garbage and then must think we’re not smart enough to know and report where the bodies are buried.
Document, document, document! Detailed evidence is required.
Concerns that count as whistleblowing:

Will go quietly and quickly if given the current severance package. Anything less is not acceptable.

“The firm” - what a tool
After almost 10 years, 5 of it being tied up in court due to illegal actions committed by the firm against me, I was finally fired for providing evidence to the EEOC as part of their investigation into my complaints, evidence I provided them almost 5 years ago. Fired for cooperating by providing evidence of illegal activity at the firm by sharing a document that was used to retaliate against me with a federal regulator... I was in WFAS/Internal Audit and yes, the beans are about to flow.
