You are right. We can’t build on some sites. If all leases came in for their money, we don’t have it to pay or if we did we’d be in a world of hurt. So we don’t pay, drag it out through legal and move to some other co that will help us with their money or deal K’s with commitments we’ll never keep..will have us forever indebted. Lucky for T, the street doesn’t know of these obligations or slow/no pay situations.
