Congratulations To Stankey, McElfresh & The Gang

Congratulations to the Marching Mo--ns of 208 S. Akard! You've successfully managed to bottom the stock out to a year-low, with a share price from the 90's! Well done!!!!

History doesn't repeat, but it does rhyme. When Gomer Pyle, oh I mean Dave Dorman, was at the helm, the stock price dropped below $5 a share and was in danger of being de-listed. He had to do a 1 for 3 reverse split to keep that from happening. It seems like Stinky might have to do the same in the not to distant future.

So much for selling the entertainment assets and focusing on telecom.

It’s only declined 21% this year and near the May of 1994 low of $14.49. I’m sure it’s going to be everyone else’s fault, their old tried and true, the dog ate our financial spreadsheet excuse or something about as juvenile, the customers still aren’t paying on time. What a crock!

Of course, the lead cable breaking news article gives them an out for this for quarterly drop. You know lead communication cables have only been around nearly 140 years but Wall Street just figured it out with this new discovery, give me a break Karen. What is their agenda to bring it up now?

The really damaging part is that stock price - like most market-driven cost - is only partially a reflection of the actual inherent value of a company. Price is also driven in large part by public perception of that company, from the company's reputation, its public perception, and (here's the big one) the faith investors have in the company leadership.

T is now below $15 a share. The people have spoken!

I kinda feel bad for the 3rd lines and above who thought T equity would make them rich (kinda). So to the clown who asked “do you own stock or just whine”, staff and the public WOULD own T if it were worth a damn. Instead, who the he-l wants T stock as its the most indebted company on earth!

Up until today there were some that weren't sure if Stankey is an id--t. With the stock price dropping, JPM cutting T to neutral, there is no longer doubt Stankey is incompetent as a CEO. 2Q earnings will only highlight how big of a failure him and Destoches (an affirmative hire) really are
