Does recruiter or hiring mgr typically set up call to extend offer? What is duration of scheduled call?

Recruiter will do a brief call or email. You'll get the offer in a letter and have to accept it online.
Recruiter will usually email you and say they want to chat; and they will set up. A call. They’ll always do verbal before they send you the written offer.
The recruiter usually calls and doesn't set it up or schedule it. Brief call. Usually Fridays in the afternoon.
