There is no relo. Only ability to use a relo service at a discounted rate.

A few years ago I was transferred to San Antonio Corporate and they told me that they would gross up my pay to cover IRS taxes for the sale - move. As a 1st level I was making over $100k. So OK, I moved.
My wife & I file jointly and they didn't bother to ask about her. OK.
I contacted the relocation company with the figures & they said NO WAY. Had my CPA provide proof as we sold her Surgery Practice & the Property we owned for $8.2M and carried the 10 yr note. Received lots and lots and more $$$$ for the Gross Up. Probably largest ever for a 1st level. In fact it was probably the most they ever grossed up. It was so much money that I had to hire my brother to send them a demand letter. Finally got the money for the move and it funded my retirement. The rest of the money funded my lifestyle for the rest of our lives. I'm not a Billionaire but I am a "-----------".Enjoy the move.

If 150k is 6% of your home value, I have no sympathy for you. You can pay that commission and still get a nice house in the Atlanta or Dallas areas.

The relocation package is that you can buy at&t services for the employee discount which is still a lot more than the competition.
The package allows you either to travel vacation or travel without pay - your choice.
You are allowed to continue paying more money for less health care coverage and
you can work at your new HUB location until notified of your new HUB location somewhere in the world.

The relocation services may be "generous", but our group in ATS was told that they would be severely restricted (even more so than virtual workers).
The “generous” relocation assistance I was offered was a 20% discount on a relocation service.
