Nothing the OP posted will help unionize.
The way to unionize is to get an union organizer to help.
The OP is actually giving advice on how to get fired.
I'm all for doing the minumum to keep the job, aka "meeting expectations", but it won't magically sprout a union.
Can't unionize when no one is making a public effort to do so and reaching out to other employees in mass.
The only place I have seen any union talk is here. Most employees don't visit this site.

The best way to join a union is go I to a different industry. Their are too many id--ts here that don't deserve leveling the pay
As time goes on, I think more of the union holdouts here will start to see the light.
Most/all union holdouts on this board aren't even considering what a union would look like at WF in 2023. Instead, they're subscribing to an overly simplistic and outdated view that all unions are 'bad'.
For those of you that think this way, I would strongly encourage you to talk to a union retiree. Ask them how their retirement would be different had they not belonged to a union.
There are numerous similar situations. Unions have better pay, better benefits, and it's much more difficult for management to do as they please in terms of how employees are treated.
This is not there 70s, and we're not blue collar. The world has changed. Unions have changed. WF employees are miserable, but wouldn't be if improvements were made - improvements that the C suite would only make if they're made to by a union contract.
What harm comes from considering a union contract? You can read it, and then decide to vote yes or no. Nothing is lost, but much can be gained.
It's time to stop parroting what your dads and older brothers told you. It's time to form your own opinion based on your own experience.
Or, continue watching your employment erode.
It's not a hard choice.

Best way to unionize is to seek out counsel from groups that know how to organize labor then get commitment from a large number of coworkers that they will support a union (this includes financial obligations and willingness to strike). Quiet quitting is way to passive aggressive to fire people up.
