Little impact for L1 or L3 and above. But L2 will be segmented to align with international bands. Some L2 new titles will me drop from 11% to lower percentage. Interestingly enough, some international L2 equivalents will get pay bumps while domestic L2 will get smaller pay band. Missing free cash flow probably means no payout for 2023 in Mar 2024.

Not surprising if this is true. It's clear the company is doing whatever it can to pi-s people off to the point of leaving. Besides, it creates a great work culture in the meantime.

Really tired of the chicken-little fear baiting … “no bonus”!! We’ve had a bonus every year I’ve been here over a decade.
