If accessing from your personal cell phone you should be using a non-AT&T service. Your records can be requested by management if AT&T is giving you an employee discount per legal. I know from experience of others. A good reason to dump AT&T wireless service in addition to the fact you can get service cheaper elsewhere even after the employee discount
First- if you have a smart device all your information and data is stored somewhere.
Second- if you are hitting up this site on your COU that is a violation.
Third- if you are using your personal the company can pound sand, even law enforcement would need a warrant and just cause to see your activity and use it against you. Sh-t talking is not enough.
But if the company does say you are terminated due to active on your personal device feel free to sue the cr-p out of them!
