Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Why do we always shoot the messenger around here?

Wells Fargo’s culture is so toxic. Just keep all of our heads in the sand.

The truely toxic people are the minority, both at WF and elsewhere in the world. Their message unfortunately is so loud and twisted that it hinders true progress and healing for the human race.

This isn't a defense of WF past and current actions affecting employees. Rather this is more about awareness to the fact that just because someone decides to be toxic in the public domain they are the equivalent of a child throwing a tantrum. Tantrums are not what drives us forward, it's how we decide to handle it.

Based on a lot of the posts on this site I would suggest........looking in the mirror and deal with that persons contributions in the "toxic" culture.
