Service Reps & Sales Assistant, 10% cut by area, looking at San Antonio and an Oklahoma office to close
Network Center Techs looking at total surplus of title in some locations
Business Org Service Reps, follow the work to Dallas are, Oklahoma and Houston offices will be hit
Repair Reps, title are 100% surplused
There were several more but I can't remember them all. This surplus will be brutal for District 6 non-management.

I'm a service rep with over 20+ years of experience and our office is a toxic environment. Managers who can't even coach, we can't even make an outbound call, we accidentally stay on ACW for 30 seconds and we get scolded like we're babies, the company offers e time and our csm and coaches scare us to try and not take it. Our union stewards are the worst and don't do a damn thing but hang out in the union hall and take our union dues. For the love of God just surplus us and put us out of our misery. I'll gladly retire, take my pension, severance pay and unemployment. OMG I'm getting excited just thinking about a surplus. Fingers crossed!
So hoping to be hit with surplus tomorrow I cannot f'n sleep, and I ain't the only one. Seems almost everyone under the Leg T/CWA contract wants to gtfo and get the termination package. And you can't blame them.

I hope San Antonio gets surplus. Me and a Co worker are retirement eligible and a nice little payout will be the cherry on top. Praying we get surplus. Sorry not sorry San Antonio. Like all the d-mb coaches come up with idioms. I just have to say WIIFM. What's in it for me :)
