I'm still baffled as to why anyone in their right or wrong minds would willingly turn their lives into turmoil in order to move across the country based on trusting T to keep them employed a year from now.
I mean, have these people been in a coma over the last seven years as T has let go over 70,000 employees?
I wouldn't trust T to keep the coffee free, much less to wager my future on the trust that I'll still be working there in 18 months.
You’ll have to live together with your coworkers and split the rent in at least 2 of these cities
The end goal is to consolidate to 4 hubs, so all the talk about multiple hubs will be a non-issue in a few years time, or even sooner
I am a mess market so we were told this too. However we were told that this is probably going to change after 2024 and LA in Seattle which to Dallas and Atlanta. They will not be relocating anybody to LA or Seattle just Dallas and Atlanta. Those in LA and Seattle are OK for now but get ready for next year because you’ll be forced to move as well.
What's that mean for the other so called core locations?
That is the 2 year plan. So, anybody thinking about moving to save your job, think long and hard.
