Will the company grant medical exemptions for relocation or RTO?

If you have grounds for a medical exemption, more proactive monitoring would be helpful. You should be in the office every day.
FAQs from my org (Legg) said any medical exemption does not exempt you from the relocation requirements, as once it ‘expires’, you need to be at your intended hub/long term workplace.
Of course, if you can prove it will never expire, guessing you are a likely candidate for surplus.
I have "empathy" you no longer can perform the requirements of your job. Leadership has been told to use empathy not sorrow
Why do you want to stay at this cesspool at all cost? Do you love the abuse?
What is your medical exemption, you're allergic to work?
Depends on how strong your case would be. Case would be stronger if some type of discrimination would arise if not approved.
Unlikely. Medical exemption is temporary and requires recertification every few months by a physician. Very few medical reasons would prevent a person from rot and relo and if so it would only be temporarily
