- They will put undue pressure on employees and managers to meet sales goal (yes, they still exist), customer-service goals, cost-cutting goals etc, routinely creating dangerous Conflicts of Interest.
- They will routinely spend dollars to save pennies
- They will bury managers in worthless minutia, preventing focus on the big picture
- They will reward profits over doing the right thing for customers
- They will prioritize Random Deadlines over Doing it Right and then spend years trying to unwind the downstream fallout.
- They will take one simple good idea, and bury it in an avalanche of complexity and overthought.
- They will outmaneuver policies and regulations.
- They will focus on fixing the optics of a problem rather than fixing the problem.
- They will slash jobs at home, outsource them abroad, and then spend Billions of dollars on stock buybacks to benefit the Executives.

F Charlie. I applied for a small business banker job once I got axed. Not only was there unrealistic quotas and goals but this was the 5th opening out of this branch this year and it is only June. No one wants to do business with Wells. I will look elsewhere.
So much truth in this post and I believe it's what has me hating working here.
I disagree on this one: They will outmaneuver policies and regulations.
They will continue to be non-compliant and rack up new MRAs until regulators decide WF is no longer reliable, break WF into pieces, and sell of what's left.
Courtesy of Charlie & gang.
All I know for sure is they will keep laying off 1000 Americans a month until none of us are left, all while saying "we're better together!". What they aren't saying is that we'll be "together" in the unemployment line.
