My org said non-hub employees will know by 7/30. Focus right now is location/floor for those near a hub.
“ How did you receive it & What EXACTLY does. It say? ( without revealing identifiable info obviously)”
Attached pdf from HR.
We got an email. It basically said "Return to you current address in Webphone by X date. Permanent remote work is no longer an option." That was the gist of it.
Yup, was just notified by our AVP that letters are being delayed until 3rd week of July at the earliest.
Ive been told by someone familiar with the corp comms process that the emails have been delayed and wont go out until next week. 22nd at the earliest. So dont be surprised if we dont get anything on Friday.
What exactly is a "certified email?"
It's something completely made up by the guy below you.
My organization is expecting the RTO notification on Friday, June 16. Beyond that, our 5th level boss has said nothing.
What exactly is a "certified email?"
You will get a certified email with your office location, expected date of arrival and acceptance signature link to docusign.
No. Nobody that I know if in my org has received any RTO letter. However, our AVP communicated to us that she "thought" we would be receiving an email of this nature somewhere around the 16th. But she didn't know for sure and had no other details. No updates since then - that was about 2 weeks ago.
I remain skeptical about the posts that have stated that claim to have received these letters already. Maybe we will hear something this week. This is so poorly executed- this executive management team could have at least been prepared. This is a great example of why I will not follow this feckless executive management team by uprooting myself and my family. And to answer the inevitable question .... why do you stay at AT&T? I don't want to leave any money on the table. So I am waiting to see how this plays out. But I won't be going along with it.
Like an actual letter? I don’t think that’s how it will work. You’ll get an email or a call from your manager.
Not yet
We expect the letter on Friday. But for my entire group, located nationwide.
I have not
Through email when it was announced back in May.
