Are they required to go back office or entitled to work remotely?

Haha, our director is scared of missing anything at work plus I think he likes getting away from his wife. He practically lives in his office and you can see his head pop up like a meer cat when anyone comes into 'his' area. I think it is the most important thing in his life, it makes him feel special.
I'm a Sr. Dir and have to be in the office like everyone else. If my team needs to be there, I should be there too.
I'm band 4 individual contributor in PHX. I have to drag myself in 3 days a week for no reason other than HON likes flexing on employees.
nah. I do what I want when I want. I deliver $$$ quarterly and get left alone. It's all about the quarter and I make it RAIN!

If their reports are in the office than they should be too. That is was reported to me by HR.
