Management in "Customer Facing" sales orgs have been told to be quiet and provide no updates to their teams. This part of the organization is most likely in the cross hairs for a very large re-organization with no severance. If you're not getting updates from your management team, then you are probably in the firing line. Don't sit still and wait to be let go, start looking NOW.
Such an A$&h0#E to think this much less post it

Been told that if you support local market then you are just required to report to the office 3-5 days per week. As long as that office is where the market VPGM is officed out of. So if you don’t live near that office then not sure what will happen to you.

@tgr+1n4RA5ST its the same thing in my org, We are all customer facing, some of us nearby our accounts some others, both in commission and non commission title. Some people somewhat near hub/customer, some not near both, some near a hub, and some near a customer.

moving all of us to a hub would only move us away from customers, moving us all to one customer would move us away from others.

There are quite a few roles that are considered sales and customer facing in enterprise. I have heard mentions that we are staying local but not entirely sure what that means as while we do not have a large amount of accounts , the majority are in other cities and states. We started going back to office 3 days a week a couple of months ago. What about the roles that are considered sales but are really more behind the scenes like our technical folks or Account Managers that are aligned to my same accounts and help us ? We are mostly all over the place and for sure not in same regions or states. It is all very confusing and I wish the powers that be would just tell us all our fate. This waiting game is the worst.

I’m in national sales. Was told that will likely need to relocate to Atlanta by 12/31.

All the IHX dots should go back to the HO House they came from. A waste of company resources that do little more than get in the way and harass customers.

There are a TON of IHX and Assistant Sales managers jobs on career path.

Looks like you will be re-applying to wok in those positions.

I know that the Firstnet sales group is gearing-up for a pretty big overhaul and right sizing

Feels like we have major changes daily in sales. I definitely feel like a surplus is coming based on lack of quota attainment but nothing solid yet. We also have to go to our local office 3x/week which already started.
