On a call with SMW last week, more layoffs coming inside of XBS and GC, tigers are first. SMW and JCS, they need to go. Do something else, retire, join some woke commitee and push your agendas elsewhere please.

SMW and JCS are hardly what you would call role-models either for other women in the organisation or indeed anyone in the company. Detached, no recognition of people and skills and experience in the organisation, and JCS especially gets her point across by screaming like a banshee!! I have to switch off whenever either of them appear on a Town Hall meeting.
She's woke, nerd. They all are. This is why everything is going to he-l.
SMW was promoted to CHRO in 2018 not long after the coup and was heavily involved in the first RIF wave under Carl, the elimination of the 401(k) match (to save cash flow for the stock dividend), the change to the severance policy, and many other innovative BOHICA changes. I do not know her personally, so no idea if she is woke or not; but she is clearly woke to the fact that Carl signs her paycheck.
Now is this Xerox’s plan to centralize or is this their decentralize plan ..really

The Senior Manager of Human Resources (SMW) holds the position of Executive Vice President in the HR department. Graphic Communications (GC) is a division that was previously integrated into the enterprise go-to-market strategy, but a significant portion of it was transferred to the Xerox Business Solution regions in January. The Executive Vice President of the Americas (JCS) oversees the operations in that region. TIGERS refer to a group of production specialists who have responsibilities related to iridesse, igen, and inkjet products. They work closely with the XBS production specialists and are part of Sean H.'s team.

GC is now under XBS and tigers are outside of the XBS/GC side of the house. So, I don’t understand how the layoffs “within XBS and GC” could start with the tigers.

Im really surprised that the Icahn organization
has tolerated them this long. But the upper echelons of the food chain at Xerox have been populated by wacky, stupid emotional “leaders” for years. Icahn’s gang isn’t much different from what preceded them. Well, maybe they’re a little less informed about what they have (the market, suppliers, Xerox assets, etc.)

We've been hearing about this for ages. The tiger population has taken a major hit, but I'm skeptical that we'll witness any action before the year is up. OP, what's the word on the street regarding timing?
