Ah mid year reviews. Nothing but a preview to see if there are enough 1's and 2's. Gives management a few more months to gather negatives and make their quotas. An amazing amount of time is wasted writing up the accomplishments and embellishing employees during calibration to save them from a 2 rating. Even though they have met all goals. Your review score is DIRECTLY related to your managers ability to plead your case.

FRTO. f Wells Fargo. F Charlie. My manager could give a Sh&t about these reports. He is MIA and doesn’t come in the office so we all work remote. This place is a sh&tshow. These threats mean nothing to us.

@wtv+1n1PbwjZ I don’t see where anyone has said they had their mid-year yet. Just that they have been called out for non-compliance.

I know of 3 on my team that were spoken to weeks ago. One for very inconsistently hitting 3 and two others or essentially never being compliant since it has been mandated. No actual disciplinary measures as it was early in our compliance requirements, just verbal corrective requests.

managers have been told they are responsible to check their reports and handle violators accordingly - documented in workday and if not cured, added to midyear asessment.

managers who don't do that will face performance repercussions themselves if they have non-compliant people in their group

how did you already get your mid year when self evals aren't due until tomorrow and managers can't start submitting their reviews until after the fact? most people won't hear until early July. As for reporting and checking, manager have access to a report, up to your manager, leadership, and lob to determine how they treat you when it comes to in office compliance. I'll say frto because rto is no longer a thing, in office compliance is

Infrequent offender and high performer here. I was actually called out for too few days in office recently. No corrective action taken, but I was asked to justify my non-compliance and reminded of the 3 day policy. So yeah, they’re checking.

It will be part of calibration discussions which are happening mid June through early July, Director here. Also in mid-year IF an issue. If employee is hitting 3 days a week most of the time, likely not a mid-year concern. If hitting inconsistently or not at all, 100 percent will be in mid-year.

I knew when there was nothing in my mid year about RTO that it will not be an issue.

FRTO, to whatever end. It's a failed policy that will not stand.

Go into the office 3 days, lazy slackers. Otherwise they’ll make it 5 days or get fired.

Just heard on a meeting they are actually pulling reports on people badging in to the office and are evaluating how many days people are coming in. So it is legit, we just haven't seen the fallout of that ...yet. Mid-year reviews are coming. We'll see what comes out of that.
