I would run and make it there in two minutes as i love my office.

Sure but it would still be pointless because no one is in my org here so 100% of my work would be via email/conf calls.

I get this exercise, but most of us are office workers, I think you will find most of us are slobs and want air conditioning 100% of the time.

If my team (or majority of team) was located in one office, that would be great! It would makes sense and I would want to go onsite. But, my team is spread across the world so I'm going to go in for what reason?

*No, I misread the question. It's early and I'm retired.

Yep -

I have always supported WFH for others especially as much as people on my team worked and their flexibility to provide support on the weekends/nights.
For me personally -
I never had a long commute and was within walking distance several times in my career(Worked different at locations). I never liked WFH much. It was nice to have the option if I needed to do it. I liked the routine of going to the office even when it was nearly empty and it set boundaries between work and home, but it is total BS in regards to collaboration. I went to the Dallas office for years and it was just like working in an empty office in STL.

I’m only a ten minute drive to my office. I still WFH three days a week. The office is empty 90% of the time so really there’s no point in going in. Though that’s slowly changing with rto.
