I've had a couple removed also.

The Content Rules are posted at the bottom of every page.
Over the years, we see people complaining about comments/posts being deleted, and almost always (as far as I know) it was for a violation.
I think a lot of the time it's because someone was putting a name or some other identifying info in the comment.
You can say "my manager is not great", but you can't say "I don't like working for Jimbo McManager".
I doubt there anything WF can do here, it's usually people behaving badly, or not knowing the rules.
It was deleted as Wells Fargo is now being exposed put on a public site and Charlie paid this admin to delete so no one else goes out to review this former employees comments

It's pretty easy to see why that post was removed. There was personally identifiable information on someone who isn't a major name in the bank's leadership. The TOS clearly covered that.
However, other posts like the troll of the racist troll being deleted happen way too often for there not to be an agenda at work. The original racism is left but criticism of it is hidden.
I’ve had my posts deleted and they didn’t contain any name or link. Shady but what do you expect from a site that is meant to be anonymous?

Wells Fargo doesn't control this site. Perhaps the post was deleted because it contained a link to a real person's LinkedIn profile.
