hah, you assume this company could pull off such a feat... chill, Chat GPT is still a long ways away from taking anyone's job...

best case for now is it makes 24/7 chat better, but, again, tmobile would have to actually be competent at building out tech for this to happen

There are markets all ready using "smart hands" for field ops. Send some contractor out who cant open a cabinet and someone in an office tries to explain what to do

Care and sales will be the first on the block. They are the easiest to replace if things go south. Training Development will be next. If Care and Sales are automated, you don't need to train them. Then you don't need as many Human Resource reps with fewer mouths to care for.

This is happening fast too. Everything is online so no need for bodies in stores or on the phone. Old people who are dying off aren't our target customers anyway.

Expect big cuts by 4Q. It is already in the works.
