Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Better times

We recently noted that T-Mobile has closed 300+ stores over the past six months. Over the same period, AT&T has increased its store count by eight. Example? What about this shiny new AT&T store in Dumas, TX, opened by AT&T dealer Optimum Wireless?

There's really no need for retail stores. Everything can be done online.

T-Mobile closed stores of providers they took over. Many areas have redundant T-Mobile stores because of that. This "closure" of stores is not indicative of the company doing bad. T-Mobile is actually doing what T should have done years ago..... let go of unnecessary costs.
