Someone who can order fiber cuts to buildings, stopping up the toilets, damaging the AC systems, plate of onions and flounder in the microwave break room set on high for 30 minutes. Someone to give Stankey all the grief in the world. But in the end would The Shot Caller be true to the people or take a Stankey kick back? Something to think about as various factions of power rise up among the RTO Badland Hubs.
