The quality of employees stopped due to the indoctrination and and failures of college education. It doesnt appear it will get any better in the future due to continued failures of the college policies that boards have embraced. Buckle up!

Give them a vehicle and see what it will cost in both labor and losses.
We are now hiring 19yo for fire proximity and fire deployed jobs. I'm interested to see how that's going to work out. They were in High School last year at this time and now a SF fire claim rep.
When they realized they could get cheaper employees and that quality level wouldn't be a problem until after bonus time.
That explains why all the current employees are mediocre. Need more layoffs.
