When did the quality of employees stop being important?

The quality of the employees is no longer important here. That wasn't the case in the past.

The quality of employees stopped due to the indoctrination and and failures of college education. It doesnt appear it will get any better in the future due to continued failures of the college policies that boards have embraced. Buckle up!

When did the quality of employees stop being important? The same time the quality of the CEO stopped being important. Mic drop

Nope. Not even close.

SF insures more working class individuals than any other insurance company. They dominate in small and rural communities.

SF no longer honors the working class. It has tarnished their brand and reputation.

Shows what you know-BOD thinks he is doing great. Of course they are all a bunch of CEOs highly successful in their industries and you as a low level minion have much greater expertise in the CEO role than they would.

We are now hiring 19yo for fire proximity and fire deployed jobs. I'm interested to see how that's going to work out. They were in High School last year at this time and now a SF fire claim rep.

When they realized they could get cheaper employees and that quality level wouldn't be a problem until after bonus time.

That explains why all the current employees are mediocre. Need more layoffs.
