If you don't have thick skin you won't make it at Sam's club because the way some of these managers talk to associates is ridiculous 🙄 😒 and its getting worse everyday.

Sams Club is a sh-t show. Fixing things that aren’t broken is so much easier than fixing the things that are. That’s how they keep getting that direct deposit. It won’t last forever though. Get out while you can! It’s really very liberating!
Ha !! Sams Cheer.. I was at Sams 32 years and I quit doing the cheer 6 months in. At my 1o year anniversary my GM asked me in front of a group of people what my secret was to stay that long. I said two words. Thick skin. He did not say a word and you could hear a pin drop. The subject was changed.
This is 100% correct, they could care less about you!
It will never fix and this company will collapse like KMart, it's already on its way. I left KMart because of poor Managment and Changes in 1998. I came to Sam's and it was the best fun job until 2018ish. 25yrs later these KIDS are ruining the fun.....we stopped doing the cheer around 2020. 😒
