Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Anyone leave in the middle of pay cycle and not get there 1 week.

My last day was Apr21st after 19 years. That was a regular pay day. I was expecting one week for Apr 17-21 to be on the next pay day. The company is saying that I was paid for those days on the 21st. And that they don't hold a week back. How can that be when our GPS hrs are not even approved until the following Monday? What if you worked overtime? Anyone else experienced this?

If you were a rep you were a salaried employee. Salaried employees paycheck on payday includes the current week. The only thing they would owe you is OT pay if you worked more than 40 hours that week

Seemed like everyone on my team that has quit did not get paid for their last week. What has worked for others was call HR and DM/RMS and make it very clear that you will file a wage theft claim to your local labor board or department of labor office if you don't see a check. They normally will have a check for you a day or two later...

The problem is HR knows nothing that's going on, when you call them about something they say ask your manager, they are lost....
