Dietsch insists AT&T is going to cut its way to growth. Layoffs are coming, and the chances are much higher if you're not in a focus city (the only one mentioned is Dallas). But even if you're in Dallas, we're going to cut. Have never heard such a continuous stream of bull**** in my life. She was too much of a wu-s to even call it layoffs. She used phrases like "financial actions," "optimization pathways," and "revenue/cost balancing" every time she meant "layoff."

AT&T is going to grow it's way into growth. Cut the unneeded workers. Hire when need to. Run the business like a real business.
The more I listen to her the less I like her. She is such a shill for the company. And even she was straight out saying it's going to be messy and we're not doing well and are left with nothing to do but cut people.
