I'm a complete drain on the payroll and still got the same raise as everyone else. The people running the show are too overloaded to really know whats goin on. Most managers at the shop level have 40+ direct reports and they spend all their time chasing parts and getting yelled at. They can't keep track of what every employee is doing. Anyone that believes hard work here will pay off is just signing up for an increased workload. Do the bare minimum, fly under the radar, get your block 5 and take it easy if you want to survive here. Put your energy into investing in yourself so you can have a future after you depart ways with Hon. The most successful people I have met here have invested in businesses and real estate and higher education, they didn't waste their time waiting for Honeywell to improve their lives.
Everybody should take this advice to heart. @1syw+1m5BhL8K said it perfectly.
