Talent acquisition team reporting in. Wanted to let everyone know we won’t be doing any layoffs. However we won’t be hiring either. You will be seeing open requisitions but those are only to provide a perception that the company is growing. We also want to provide a false hope for all the burnt out employees that help is coming. We’re thinking if we run it far enough into the ground more employees will leave the company. That will save on severance payments.
