We have been dealing with JW yesterday and today. It is difficult to articulate the smug audacity. There may be some certifiable delusional disorder.

I was hired in by JWs predecessor Jeff. We had a great team environment and made some key milestone accomplishments. Then JW needed a landing spot after destroying SPS. He was placed over Jeff and began to bring over the failure team from SPS. He pushed Jeff out then started taking out the existing team one by one and replacing them with inferior resources. Sales incentives started being rewritten mid year and payments were iffy. JW is not only cruel and unqualified, he fosters the same in his cohorts. Corporate CE is going to fail. I left and have experienced better health. I’m sleeping at night again. I’m not up pacing and stressed anymore. I wake up and no longer have to wait for the anvil to drop in the next JW meeting where he does nothing but ask open ended questions designed to stump the chump and never brings any ideas or solutions. HON is going to get what they deserve for allowing that jerk to get away with what he’s been allowed to do.
Cut your losses and get out.
JW: "Good night, Honeywell".
Honeywell: "Good night, John Boy".

I think that disorder could apply to most of the upper mgmt.
